Disclaimer / Legal Stuffs

Due to the unfortunate nature of our times, we are forced to write this up.

Concerning hardware:  Our vendors are reliable and fast; we have never
had an issue with hardware being broken or dysfunctional.  However, if
such a thing were to happen, we will proceed as follows:
1.Contact our vendor and attempt to rectify the situation (this will
almost always work; our vendors usually always offer guarantees on
their products).
2.If we cannot properly get said broken hardware to function, we
cannot cover the cost of it due to the small scale of our operation;
we will proceed on a case by case basis (90% of the time we will
easily be able to work out a cheap or free solution to the situation).

Concerning software / data: We offer data extraction and transferal
services; however, if data is corrupted due to circumstances beyond
our control, we obviously cannot retrieve data in all situations
(however, we can pull data off almost any hard drive).  If proper
drivers / software keys are not provided, then we cannot always
guarantee proper installation of software; however, this too is a rare
occurrence.


Sorry about the jargon / disclaimers, but with the world as it is, we
have to do it.

By simply contacting us (through e-mail or phone) you automatically
agree to our and our consultants' (if your business inquiry ever goes
through them) terms of services (as defined on this page and their own
personal records).

Also, we reserve the right to call BS (pardon our French) on any
ridiculous situation* as dictated by common sense**.
Note that we reserve the right to change our ToS at any time
regardless of notification.

*Ridiculous situations are defined by us at any time during the period
of doing business with us (also, we define when / how long you're
"doing business with us").
**Common Sense is also defined by us (CCC Board).
